ICES Request Deadline
The deadline for requesting individualized ICES for the Spring 2013 semester is April 19. One ICES request form is needed for each section you teach. If we do not receive your request form(s) by April 19, we cannot produce individualized ICES sheets. After this date, we will have a limited supply of generic ICES sheets available at our ICES desk in 247 Armory Bldg (Mon-Fri, 8:30-Noon and 1-5pm).
Senior Survey Campus Report
The campus report of the 2012 Chancellor's Senior Survey on the Undergraduate Experience is available on our web site. Past survey results are archived as well.
Summer 2013 EPI
Summer 2013 EPI registration will begin June 3 for testing July 9 through August 1. Registration is now online. A link will be sent to departmental liaisons four weeks prior to the start of testing. For more information please click here.
ICES Longitudinal Profile Request Form
We have moved from e-mail and phone requests to purely web-based ICES longitudinal profile requests. We hope this speeds up our processing of profiles and ensures that we have all the information needed to complete the profile. The secure (University log-in required) request form is available here. It takes approximately 10-14 days for us to process and return the ICES Longitudinal Profile.
